All prices are in GBP, including VAT where applicable. If you are resident outside the European Union you are responsible for applicable taxes and custom fees according to your country's policy.

This means we do not have access to your card or bank details. Please note, that it is not necessary to register with PayPal in order to purchase from Smart Ark.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods, provided the goods are returned to us new and in an unused condition in the original packaging together with a copy of the receipt. By returning, packing securely and enclosing the advice note and sending it back to Smart Ark Ltd, PO Box 61244, London N17 1AZ, United Kingdom, a refund will be provided within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
Ethical Policy
We are continuously looking to improve our ethical policy. We only use recycled paper for all stationary and biodegradable bubble wrap for packaging. Smart Ark website is also carbon off setted. All of our products are made from recycled paper. We try our best to source ethical materials, wherever possible. We have a clear aim to minimise environmental impact on our premises and working activities. We compost organic waste and ensure packaging waste is recycled, therefore strive to minimise waste that is sent to landfill sites.
Colours and Images
We try to show the colours of the products as exact as possible but we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on screen are the same as in reality. How colours are perceived depend, in part, on your computer and your screen settings.
